IV. Common trouble solve method
A. After shut down the machine, need at least 30 seconds to restart the machine.
B. Wire often breaks, adjust the speed, balance arm, check the dies are clean or not.
Before open the machine, make the balance arm at the lowest position, and in running, the balance arm should be in the horizontal line. No big shake, no up and down frequently.
C. If the wire sticks to the capstan, use Alcohol to clean the capstans.
D. Pay-off shelf doesn`t work well, change the position of the pay-off.
E. Has nick on the wire, check the capstans on the Take-up part.
Check the drawing capstans.
V. Usual Malfunctions and ways of malfunction solving
